the check out screen. A "Tooltrust"
representative will call to request your credit card details
and complete your order over the phone. Please see our Payment

by Fax or Post and send us your payment details this way.
What
if I am not happy with my purchase?
If you are not 100% happy
with your product for any reason, "Tooltrust"
is happy to exchange it, providing the product is returned
to us in its original packaging, in its original condition,
undamaged and unopened. Please see our Returns

How much does delivery cost?
We do our best to keep the delivery costs down and offer the
best rate available to us based on your quantity. We work
direct with Australia Post and pass the cost directly to you

How long
will it take to receive my order?
Standard delivery time is between 2-10 business days depending
on your location. (Please note that "Tooltrust"
only delivers within Australia, at this time.)
My delivery hasn't arrived within the expected time frame. What happens now?
If you feel that your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe then please contact us and we will investigate further.

Why do
direct deposits get me a 3% discount?
There are no credit card fees, to be paid to the bank by "Tooltrust",
should you pay us this way, and we are happy to pass the saving

What is the handling fee for?
Tools can be a tricky thing to pack and deliver, as some things
are delicate and require special wrappings, others are heavy
and cumbersome, for that reason we charge a standard $4.00
Handling Fee to wrap each order individually, taking all care
possible, to ensure you get your items on-time and without
