At "Tooltrust" we do our best to keep the delivery costs down and offer the best rate available to us. We work with Australia Post e-parcel delivery service and charge a flat standard delivery of $13.00.

All orders over $150.00 will be delivered " Free Of Charge" providing the following conditions are met:-

• Orders are not to exceed 20Kgs maximum limit (This Is Very Rare)
• Orders are not to absolute remote outback locations
• Orders are not too big and bulky
• Pallet trade lots are delivered P.O.A

"Tooltrust" will absorb most small increases in delivery charges and will deliver all orders over $150 " Free Of Charge" However should your order not meet these special conditions, "Tooltrust" will pay the first 20Kgs or equivalent for big, bulky or outback orders, and you, the customer, need only pay the difference. We try our absolute hardest to get the order to you with No Additional Costs.

Should this not be the case a "Tooltrust" representative will contact you and make arrangements to finalize delivery with you or give you a 100% money back guarantee.

For orders that require two parcels, "Tooltrust" will pay for the first parcel and a "Tooltrust" representative will contact you to make arrangements to finalize delivery of the second parcel, again this very rare.

Tools can be a tricky thing to pack and deliver, as some things are delicate and require special wrappings, others are heavy and cumbersome, for that reason we charge a standard $4.00 Handling Fee on each order, to pack each order individually, taking all care possible, to ensure You Get Your Items On-Time and without damage.

"Tooltrust" delivers Australia Wide using Australia Post's e-parcel delivery service, which can be tracked by a "Tooltrust" staff member at any stage.

At this time we are only able to ship products within Australia, we DO NOT make deliveries outside Australia.

To ensure your orders are "Delivered Safe And Secure" we need you to sign to accept delivery. Please ensure someone is available to accept and sign for your order.

You should also include a daytime phone number with your delivery details in case we need to contact you should there be any problems with your delivery.

Standard delivery is between 2-10 business days depending on your location.
